saltnburnem This is just my life. Lol. Neck, shoulders, back are constantly in knots. Fucking sucks, but I’ve learned to live with it. Best thing that’s helped me at work is a really good chair. I have an Aeron chair. Anything else I sit in for more than 30 minutes wrecks me.
