  1. I’m just starting my 12th consecutive week of lifting weights 3 days/week. I started trying to lose a little weight a few weeks ago. I’m currently down about 13lbs and starting to see big changes in my chest, shoulders, and especially arms from the weights. Feeling pretty good.
